Acid Resistant Steam-Gas Heater
- Main application: reheating treated, saturated gas by means of
low pressure steam downstream of an absorber
- Plain tubes made of steel (carbon steel, stainless steel, or
nickel base alloy)
- Corrosion protective lining (fluoroplastics, enamel-glass)
selected according to the specific plant requirements
- Cooling of superheated steam or sub-cooling of condensate also
feasible
High Pressure Steam-Gas Heater
- Main application: heating of gas upstream of a SCR-reactor
- Operated at a temperature above corrosive conditions
- Plain tubes ensure low propensity to fouling
